Target dates for LASA2021
June 26, 2020	Open period begins for proposal submissions and travel funding requests.
July 01, 2020	Open period begins for film submissions.
July 01, 2020	Open period begins to nominate candidates for awards.
September 7, 2020 (17:00 hrs EDT)	Deadline to renew LASA membership for proposal submissions and travel funding requests.
September 7, 2020 (17:00 hrs EDT)	Deadline for proposal submissions and travel funding requests to be received and/or updated.
September 20, 2020	Deadline for LASA2021 award nominations to be received.
November 16, 2020	Notifications of proposals acceptance/rejection sent to proposal participants. Date subject to change depending on the number of proposals received.
November 25, 2020 (17:00 hrs EDT)	Deadline for films submissions to be received and/or updated.
November 25, 2020	Notifications of acceptance/rejection of grant requests sent to participants. Date subject to change based upon availability of funds.
January 14, 2021	Deadline for LASA2021 GRANTEES only. Grantees must accept and digitally sign the contract. Otherwise, the travel grant will be revoked.
January 15, 2021	Send notifications of films acceptance/rejection.
March 11, 2021 (17:00 hrs EDT)	Deadline for ALL LASA2021 participants to pre-register. Failure to pre-register may result in the collapse of a session or a participants’ removal from the official congress program.
April 15, 2021	Deadline to submit the electronic paper for conference proceedings and memoirs. GRANTEES are required to send their papers to maintain their grant.
April 30, 2021	Electronic Program becomes available online.
