Target dates for LASA2023
July 1, 2022	Open period begins to nominate candidates for awards.
July 1, 2022	Open period begins for proposal submissions and travel funding requests.
September 8, 2022 (17:00 hrs EDT)	Deadline to renew LASA membership for proposal submissions and travel funding requests.
September 8, 2022 (17:00 hrs EDT)	Deadline for proposal submissions and travel funding requests to be received and/or updated.
September 20, 2022	Deadline for LASA2023 award nominations to be received, except for the LARR-University of Florida Article Award.
October 1, 2022	Open period begins for film submissions.
November 16, 2022	Notifications of proposals acceptance/rejection sent to proposal participants. Date subject to change depending on the number of proposals received.
November 30, 2022	Deadline for films submissions to be received and/or updated.
December 16, 2022	Notifications of acceptance/rejection of grant requests sent to participants. Date subject to change based upon availability of funds.
December 31, 2022	Deadline for the LASA2023 LARR-University of Florida Article Award.
January 13, 2023	Deadline for LASA2023 GRANTEES only. Grantees must accept and digitally sign the contract. Otherwise, the travel grant will be revoked.
February 10, 2023	Notification of LASA2023 Film Festival Winners
March 1, 2023	Deadline to receive all materials from selected films for LASA2023 Film Festival.
March 10, 2023	Deadline for ALL LASA2023 participants to renew All Access subscription. Failure to renew may result in the collapse of a session or a participants’ removal from the official Congress program.
April 14, 2023	Deadline to submit the electronic paper for conference proceedings and memoirs. GRANTEES are required to send their papers to maintain their grant.
April 28, 2023	Electronic Program becomes available online.
