Target dates for LASA2025
July 8, 2024	Open period begins to nominate candidates for awards.
July 22, 2024	Open period begins for proposal submissions and travel funding requests.
September 8, 2024	Open period begins for LASA2025 film submissions.
September 9, 2024 (17:00 hrs EDT)	Deadline to renew LASA membership or All Access for proposal submissions and travel funding requests.
September 9, 2024 (17:00 hrs EDT)	Deadline for proposal submissions and travel funding requests to be received and/or updated.
September 20, 2024	Deadline for LASA2025 award nominations to be received, except for the LARR-University of Florida Article Award.
November 11, 2024	Notifications of proposals acceptance/rejection sent to proposal participants. (Depending on reviewers completion)
November 15, 2024	Deadline for LASA2025 films submissions to be received and/or updated.
December 13, 2024	Notifications of acceptance/rejection of travel grant requests sent to participants. The date is subject to change based on the availability of funds.
December 31, 2024	Deadline for the LASA2025 LARR-University of Florida Article Award nomination.
January 13, 2025	Deadline for LASA2025 GRANTEES only. Grantees must accept and digitally sign the contract. Otherwise, the travel grant will be revoked.
March 3, 2025	Deadline for ALL LASA2025 participants to register for the Congress or renew All Access. Failure to register for the Congress or renew All Access may result in the collapse of a session or a participants’ removal from the official Congress program.
March 14, 2025	Notification of LASA2025 Film Festival Selected Films.
March 21, 2025	Notification of LASA2025 Film Festival Winners.
April 4, 2025	Deadline to receive all materials from selected films for LASA2025 Film Festival.
April 11, 2025	Deadline to submit the electronic paper for conference proceedings and memoirs. GRANTEES are required to send their papers to maintain their grant.
May 2, 2025	Electronic Program book becomes available online.
