El régimen impidió a la historiadora cubana Alina Bárbara López Hernández asistir al Congreso de la Asociación de Estudios Latinoamericanos (LASA, por sus siglas en inglés), que se celebra del 26 al 30 de mayo en París, denunció el jueves en Facebook la propia intelectual, que preside la Sección Cuba de la Asociación.
"Anualmente LASA (que es la mayor asociación académica del mundo dedicada a Latinoamérica) celebra un congreso que ha estado sesionando durante esta semana y al que el Gobierno cubano no me permitió asistir debido al proceso (i)legal en el que estoy imputada junto a Jenny Pantoja, aunque mi regulación data de mucho antes de ese proceso judicial", expuso López Hernández.
